Our Wedding Planner Portal
All Vanrock Sound clients will receive a user name and a password, shortly after booking with us. Once you have obtained this information you may then login to the wedding portal. Upon entry you will find yourself in an area like the picture below.
Simply click on a specific event under "My Events" which will lead you to a set of online wedding planners (shown below) that will allow you to enter all of your wedding or party information. You may come back any time up to 24 hours prior to your event and edit your information. You may print off all of your plans, itineraries and song lists. Your DJ/host will also have access to view your information at all times. You may also wish to give your access information (user name) to your best man or maid/matron, however, they will also be able to change your information without anyone knowing. Your planners include a stag and doe ticket generator, timelines and itinerary for the reception, song requests and a general information area. Please click any of the screen shots below to view your online wedding forms. You will also receive GuestLink to distribute to your guests. GuestLink allows your guests to select songs online that they would like to hear at your event. You will be notified when a guest has sent in a request and can then edit or delete any requests you do not agree with.
